After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If bank transfer is selected as a payment method, once we have received the credit on our account, we will proceed to ship the goods immediately.
For every order placed on this site, you will automatically receive an email with an invoice attached in pdf format.
If you choose to pay by credit card or Paypal, the money transfer is immediate. If you pay by bank transfer, however, the transfer of money to our bank account will take approximately 2-3 business days.
This is the ‘wish list’, i.e. the possibility to save a list of products that may interest you in the future.
In these cases it is sufficient to contact us by email indicating the order number and the problem encountered. You may be asked to take a photo of the damaged / wrong product before replacing it.
